This is a yummy way to dress up plain old pasta!

 

What You Will Need:

1 package fettuccine pasta, uncooked

2 cups chopped broccoli

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cups cooked turkey breast, cubed

1/8 teaspoon pepper

 

What To Do:

  1. Prepare fettuccine according to package directions.
  2. Add broccoli in the pot for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  3. Drain the fettuccine and broccoli.
  4. In a large pan heat the soup, milk, cheese, turkey, pepper and fettuccine mixture
  5. Cook until warm, and until the turkey is cooked through and serve!

Weeknight_Chicken_Fajitas

What You Will Need

   1 tsp. oil
   1 lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
   1/4 cup Italian Dressing
   3 carrots
   1 red and green peppers
   1 onion
   2 tsp. chili powder
   8   flour tortillas (6 inch)
   1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

What To Do

1. Heat oil in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegtables and stir fry

2. In another pan, cook the chicken, add to vegtable mix.

3. Stir dressing and chili powder into the mix and cook 5 minunties

4. Put portions of the mixture into tortillas and top with cheese then roll it all up and enjoy!
