What You Will Need
1/3 cups brown sugar
½ cups buttermilk
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbs olive oil
3 overripe bananas, mashed
¾ cups pecan nuts
¼ cup plain flour
1¾ cups self raising flour
What You Will Need
- Preheat oven to 180C / 356 F
- Grease a loaf pan then line with baking paper
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
- Combine wet ingredients in a bowl
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Place batter into loaf pan
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the middle of the loaf comes out clean
