Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 package of whole wheat mini bread rolls
Cheese, sliced
Your favorite condiments
Preparation
- Turn the oven to 180°c
- Combine the lean ground beef, ketchup, salt and pepper and shape the mixture into little patties
- Place in the oven in a boiler pan
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until cooked through
- While still hot, place the patty on the bun with a few slices of cheese, add your favorite condiments and ENJOY!
